Carrot Cake fan?  Open the jar, close your eyes, and you'd swear there's a carrot cake under your nose.  One of our regular customers HATES carrot cake (as do I), but not this. He returns monthly for more.  Pineapple, pears and carrots, cinnamon and clove.  Use it in pastries, incorporate it in doughs and batter, warm up and pour over ice cream.
