Rose rock salts are mined in Bolivian Andes. This particular salt contains 8 times more iron and up to 5 times more potassium and calcium than sea salt or table salt, and a lower sodium content - making it ideal for those watching sodium. It tastes mild and sweet.  Use in whatever recipes you want - as you would table salt.
