South Texas Pecans is a 100+yr family-owned all-natural pecan farm near La Vernia and Houston. They harvest their own pecans, reserving some to bag plain, others to candy or spice, and some to press for Pecan Oil - which has all the nutrition of the pecan, is high-heat tolerant for searing steaks, sauteeing, baking, and making salad dressings.  These particular pecans are covered in chocolate for ideal snacking.
