This Pecan oil is pressed from South Texas Pecans 100+yr old all-natural Pecan farm. They reserve some of the pecans for bagging plain, others to spice, others to candy, and press some to create this nutrient-rich oil that is high-heat tolerant for sauteeing, searing steaks and other meats, or baking, or light enough to use in salad dressings.  Nearly flavorless.
